Homework
ELA
Read 15 Minutes
Sometimes this will be an assigned passage or chapter
Spelling
Spelling homework will be as follows: Monday- write your words 3X each
Tues & Weds. - Choose from the choice board in your packet
Thursday night is to study in your own way for the spelling test and practice any missed words.
The spelling packet is due on FRIDAY!
Lists will be sent home and are available in Spelling City and here on the website under the Class/Homework help tab!
Math
Students will have nightly math homework.
This will usually be the practice or reteaching side of the homework sheet corresponding to the day's math lesson.
Students should also be practicing their math facts. Having fluency in addition and subtraction facts will pave the way for students to successfully work on multiplication and division!
Science & Social Studies
Students will occasionally have homework for Science and Social Studies. Be on the look out for these assignments- students will record them in their daily planners!
